Today, I am extremely excited to officially announce the rebranding of Sperry Van Ness in Richmond to NetWorks Commercial Real Estate.

While many real estate agencies are closing their doors, this development conveys growth and success for our brokerage in this market climate.  This is more than just a name change. We have completely retooled our commercial brokerage services to provide our clients with the most advanced technological tools for marketing their properties and extracting maximum value from the marketplace. Our company motto says it all:

Relationships. Resources. Results.

Among the tools being provided will be (a) new “interactive”24/7 client access to real time updates on property-account marketing activities and results of advertising and prospecting by brokers, (b) expanded “push” capabilities to expose offerings to domestic and international buyers, (c) an innovative “pull” marketing capability that has been designed to meet the needs of banks and others dealing with distressed notes and properties.

Marketing commercial real estate today is best understood by the statement, “It’s not your father’s Oldsmobile.” Classified ads are now Internet portals; copy machines and flyers have been replaced by digital e-blasts; marketing packages are now property websites. In short, professionalism’has been redefined by technology and the ability to access it and effectively use it.

Headquartered in Richmond’s west end, NetWorks relies on a national network of brokerage and principal relationships to produce results for their clients. Our extensive database of over 5,000 proven ‘players’ along with the over 18,000 members of the CCIM organization put us into direct contact with the most active investors and brokers in our industry.

Please visit our main website, www.NetWorksCRE.com, to learn more about our organization, our property listings, and our partnerships.  And of course, please email me anytime with any questions.
